Frequently Asked Questions

1. When do we ship orders?

Where possible we ship all order in batches every Monday unless that Monday happens to be a holiday. If Monday is a holiday, the orders will be sent the next day. This policy is subject to change during the winter holiday season where shipping may be faster or slower due to holiday hours and quantity of orders. Please allow up to 28 days from ordering to receiving your items although this will not be the case in the majority of situations. 2. I selected to pay via Paypal, how do I send payment?

Once you have been sent a total amount please PayPal oliver@oliverjeffers.com and we will ensure postage and packing begins upon confirmation of the payment. All totals include shipping so no additional fees should be applicable.

3. What other methods of payment are available to customers?

While PayPal is preferred, we also offer customers the ability to pay by bank transfer and cheque. To organise payment through these means please contact richard.seabrooke@dynamo.ie

4. What is our return policy?

Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a 100% refund. If this occurs, please email richard.seabrooke@dynamo.ie to give him the status of your goods. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. If the damage was our fault or the shipper's fault, we will reimburse you for the shipping so please save a receipt and send it to us for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs you incur.

5. How do I cancel my order?

If you place an order and then decide that you would like to cancel it, you can do so before the Thursday prior to shipping. If you cancel the order in the same day that you place it, there is no restocking fee. If however, you happen to want to cancel your order after the merchandise has been sent you must send back the item(s) at your own expense and we will refund you the total, minus shipping, when the item returns in its original condition.
